Every BaZi chart has a "wealth element" — the element that your Day Master controls. If your Day Master is Wood, your wealth element is Earth (Wood controls Earth). If your Day Master is Fire, your wealth element is Metal.

The strength of this element in your chart indicates your natural financial potential.

Strong wealth element: You tend to attract money naturally. Opportunities find you. Weak wealth element: You need to work harder for money. Timing matters more. No wealth element: Wealth comes through partnerships and other people.

The Wealth Palace

The month branch (your Earthly Branch of the month pillar) is called your "wealth palace." It shows your financial timing.

A favorable wealth palace aligned with good luck pillars suggests periods of significant financial growth. An unfavorable alignment suggests consolidation years — protect what you have, don't expand.

The 10-Year Luck Pillars and Wealth

Your luck pillars change every 10 years. Some decades are wealth decades. Others are learning decades. The key is knowing which is which.
